for updates, changes and modification. By using this
website after we post any changes, you agree to
accept those changes, whether or not you have

copyright and intellectual property laws and are the
property of ISBS. Unless stated otherwise, you may
access and download the materials located on
Electronic Media Section
for the use of your information, send us information
or passing on information to someone interested to
study or work at ISBS.
You must not use our website in any way which is
unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in
connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or
harmful purpose or activity. The majority of content
posted on this website are created by members of
ISBS and contracted third parties.
Visitors who use this website and rely on any
information do so at their own risk.
Pictures used on this website, except in the
section called Photo Gallery, are not necessarily an
actual representation of ISBS as an independent
institute of further education, and may have been
used solely for illustration purposes.

The laws of England and Wales shall govern your use
of the site and you hereby agree to submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
ISBS shall not be liable for any loss or damage
arising from or otherwise in connection with your
use of ISBS website or any information, services or
content on it.
Following are Terms & Conditions that apply to
both prospective student and ISBS administration.
- An offer of a place on a course at
International School of Business Studies will be
subject to you satisfying the academic
requirements for admission of the awarding
body.
- Students will be required as a condition of
admission to abide by, and to submit to the
procedures of the International School of
Business Studies.
- International School of Business Studies
reserves the right to make variations to the
entry requirements, contents or methods of
delivery of courses, to discontinue courses and
to merge or combine courses.
- If the School discontinues any course due to
non availability of minimum number of
participants, it will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a suitable alternative
course. Minimum no. of students required per class is FIVE.
If the course does not start, a full refund will
be offered. Also see our Refund Policy.
- External, legal, industrial action or other
circumstances beyond the control of the
International School of Business Studies
interfere with its ability to deliver courses in
accordance with the descriptions set out
on this website, the
School will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the resultant disruption
to those educational services.
- It is the responsibility of the student to
pay all academic fees, expenditure and other
dues before the start date for the course. Non
payment of any such dues may result in
withdrawal of admission for that student. No fee
will be refunded under these circumstances, the instalment agreement will be cancelled, discounts or scholorship will be reversed and full outstanding balance will be payable immediately.
- Clause 6 also applies to those students who have been reported to UKBA for lack of attendance or have been dismissed due to disciplinary or any reasons.
- Any balance due on admission by an overseas
student to ISBS will become payable immediately
after his/her arrival in the UK.
- An applicant whose mother tongue is not
English may be required to pass a test in
English before enrolment can be
completed.
From session starting in September 2008, all new
students will be asked to take a placement test
before enrolment in their course can be
confirmed.
- An applicant must be a minimum of 18 Years
of age.
- All paid fees are non-refundable, in case of
visa refusal by the British Authorities students
will have to submit original refusal documents
for the fee refund, however the registration fee
of £300 is non refundable under any
circumstance.
- At the time of
application/enrolment a student MUST disclose to ISBS clearly any
disability, health condition or any other impediment that could effect his/her
learning ability or hinder performance in any
way or stops him/her from attending classes as required. Failing to do so will make the student
liable for any adverse effect on his/her
performance and admission granted may be cancelled at any stage of the studies.
- ISBS reserve the right to change any of the
above without any prior notice.
- For clarification of a
particular policy, situation or effects of any
condition that may relate to your application,
the explanation given by the School's Admin
Office shall be final.
